When you contact us or visit our restaurant, we may collect your name, phone number, email, and any details you choose to share. If you pay by card, payments are processed securely through our provider. We do not store your full card details. We also keep transaction records for legal and accounting purposes. If you use our website, we may collect limited technical information such as cookies or browsing data.

We use this information to provide our services, process payments, respond to enquiries, and meet our legal obligations. With your permission, we may also send you updates or promotions, which you can opt out of at any time. We do not sell your data, and only share it with trusted partners such as payment processors or IT providers.

We keep financial records for up to seven years as required by law, and enquiries for up to twelve months. Marketing data is held only until you withdraw your consent.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict how we use your data. You may also object to certain uses or request a copy of your information. To exercise these rights, please contact us.
